Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking an experienced Building Science Project Engineer to perform Property & Facility Condition Assessments for clients. This full-time role is on-site with hybrid site-visits, requiring travel and a valid driver’s license.

You will conduct building system evaluations, author technical reports, and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery. The position targets candidates with 5+ years in related work and comfort with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor or graduate degree in architecture or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating.
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections.
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate condition and recommend repairs.
• Perform site reconnaissance, data compilation and project research.
• Author technical reports and supporting documents.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones.
• Provide solid recommendations considering impact on the transaction process.
• Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope.
