Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. seeks Building Science Project Engineers to perform property and facility condition assessments and prepare due diligence reports for clients nationwide.

The role requires a Bachelor's or higher in Architecture or related Engineering field, 5+ years in architecture/engineering/construction, and 3+ years of property inspection experience, with 2+ years in financial-institution projects. Travel is involved, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating.
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections.
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems and provide recommendations.
• Perform site reconnaissance, data compilation, and project research.
• Prepare technical reports and supporting documents (maps, appendices).
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines; communicate progress to the Project Manager and client.
• Provide recommendations and solutions considering transaction impact.
• Coordinate and respond to changes in project scope.
