Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is seeking a Building Science Project Engineer to perform property and facility condition assessments and prepare due diligence reports. You will collect data, evaluate building systems, and deliver timely quality documents for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating
• 2+ years of experience performing property inspections

Responsibilities

• Assess buildings to evaluate condition of building systems and recommend immediate repairs
• Conduct site reconnaissance, data compilation, and project research
• Prepare technical reports with maps and appendices
• Plan and track project timelines; report progress to PM and client
• Provide solid recommendations considering impact on the transaction process
• Coordinate and respond to changes in project scope
