Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking an experienced Building Science Project Engineer to perform Property & Facility Condition Assessments and due diligence reports for CRE clients.

The role supports hybrid travel across locations and requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to deliver quality assessments on schedule. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, a degree in architecture or engineering, and a track record of working with financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Architecture or related Engineering required.
• 5+ years of architecture/engineering/construction or cost estimating experience.
• 3+ years of property inspections experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess buildings to evaluate condition of building systems and recommend immediate repairs.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, data compilation and project research.
• Prepare technical reports with maps and appendices.
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines; communicate progress to Project Manager and client.
• Provide solid recommendations and solutions while considering transaction impacts.
• Coordinate and respond to scope change requests.
