Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc is seeking Building Science Project Engineers to perform Property & Facility Condition Assessments and due diligence reports for clients nationwide. Hybrid work is available with weekly site visits and relocation not required.

The role requires a civil/architectural background, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong writing skills, and ability to manage multiple projects while delivering quality results on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating.
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections.
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate condition and recommend immediate repairs.
• Perform site reconnaissance, data compilation, and project research.
• Author technical reports and prepare maps and appendices.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and communicate progress to the Project Manager and client.
• Provide solid recommendations and coordinate scope changes.
