Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/mentoring experience.
• CFC certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of CMMS and energy management software.
• Familiar with building codes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC, plumbing and electrical equipment condition.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee service contractors and enforce standards.
• Supervise and mentor engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with tenants, contractors and property managers.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA regulations.
• Record readings and maintain maintenance logs.
