Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Lead Building Engineer in the United States to lead daily operations and maintenance of building systems. You will supervise engineers and contractors, ensure safety compliance, and drive preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires strong knowledge of BAS, energy-management tools, and coordination with tenants and vendors to keep building performance reliable and compliant with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required and relevant industry experience or certifications.
• CFC certification preferred or willingness to obtain; licenses may be required locally.
• Proven supervisory or mentoring experience with staff or teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment condition.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Oversee service contractors and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians; set performance goals.
• Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and property managers to maintain operations.
