Lincoln Property Company seeks a Chief Engineer to lead the Engineering team and oversee all building maintenance, repair, and operations for top-tier tenant satisfaction and safety in Salt Lake City.

The role requires deep expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, energy management, and life-safety systems, with a track record in budgeting, staff development, and contract administration. This is an on-site, full-time position with a focus on reliable building operations.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of industry experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory, training, and mentoring experience including appraisals/ddiscipline.
• CFC certification preferred or willingness to obtain; licenses per local/state/national rules.
• Proficiency with MS Office, energy management tools, CMMS, and building systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor energy use and drive efficient operations.
• Oversee contractors and tenant improvement projects.
• Prepare budgets; manage inventory and purchasing.
• Supervise and develop Engineering staff; set performance goals.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and property managers on operations.
