Qualifications

• 2-3 years of job-related maintenance experience.
• Engineering and trade licenses required per local/state/federal requirements.
• CFC Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; BAS operation experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook and basic work-order apps.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
• Address service requests, including hot/cold calls, plumbing issues, and lighting repairs.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate issues as needed.
• Replace light fixtures, filters, and other components as required.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and equipment performance.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE; ensure OSHA/ NEC/ NFPA compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies.
• Interact with tenants, contractors, and property managers; work with senior engineers.
• Develop technical skills with senior engineers and participate in training.
