Lincoln Property Company in Frisco, TX seeks a Chief Engineer to lead the Engineering team responsible for building maintenance, safety, and efficiency. This role oversees HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, monitors energy use, and ensures compliance with safety standards.

The Chief Engineer will supervise staff, coordinate with vendors and tenants, and manage capital projects and budgets. The position is 100% in-office, with after-hours availability for emergencies and facility needs.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least ten years of industry-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• At least five years of supervisory, training, and mentoring experience including performance appraisals.
• CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain; engineering and trade licenses as required by local/state/national rules.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, energy management software, CMMS, and building platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing management.
• Monitor energy usage and optimize operations.
• Oversee contractor work and tenant improvement projects.
• Prepare budgets; manage inventories and purchasing.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Engineering staff; set goals and development plans.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and property managers for reliable operations.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance; oversee lockout/tagout and safety training.
• Maintain detailed system logs and compliance documentation.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders and respond to tenant needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
