Qualifications

• Prior experience in building management, property management, facilities management, or commercial real estate operations.
• Knowledge of local building codes, occupational health and safety requirements, and regulatory inspections.
• Understanding of HVAC, life safety systems, electrical, plumbing, and building access systems.
• Proficiency with a range of IT tools and platforms; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Support teamwork and high performance in operations.
• Conduct routine property walkthroughs and inspections to monitor building condition, tenant areas, and service quality.
• Respond to tenant work orders and service requests with KPI compliance and strong customer service.
• Identify opportunities to improve building operations, tenant experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services to completion with minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate building records, inspections, permits, service contracts, and compliance documents.
