Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Westminster, CA is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the plant operations team and ensure cost‑effective, safe and compliant facilities management across the site. You will supervise maintenance, CMMS, safety and regulatory programs while managing budgets and coordinating with vendors under the Master Services Agreement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
• Managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and matrixed environment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
• Experience supervising vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the plant operations team.
• Ensure maintenance, financial, CMMS, safety, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Make decisions with in-depth understanding of procedures and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of MSA and amendments guiding JLL’s relationship.
• Accountable for financial performance related to Operational Facilities spend within budgets.
• Track trends and recommend action plans regarding KPI/SLA performance.
• Provide oversight in maintenance, projects and vendor activities.
• Ensure staff trained in approved practices.
• Create a safe work environment per safety policies and infection control.
• Ensure building systems comply with regulatory requirements.
• Determine degree of compliance with standards (NFPA101, etc.).
• Performs additional duties as requested.
