Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager (M2) to lead Facilities Management across a 24-building campus for a Fortune 500 technology client. You will manage vendor relationships, budgets up to $80 million, and drive service quality in alignment with SLAs and client expectations.

Responsibilities include overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS/BMS, and life-safety systems, developing operations processes, and mentoring a high-performing FM team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience; 7–10 years preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with multi-million dollar budgets.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Proficiency with CMMS software, Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilities Management operations across a 24-building campus.
• Oversee HVAC, basic electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract terms to strengthen service delivery.
• Develop operational processes and optimize contracts for cost efficiency.
• Support development and management of the FM budget and forecasts.
• Mentor and develop the FM team to a high‑performing level.
• Ensure compliance with MSA requirements, HSSE and ISO audit readiness.
