Qualifications

• 4+ years in facilities management or property operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and BAS.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team coordination.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and building automation, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate facilities teams to deliver results.
• Conduct regular building inspections and preventive maintenance planning.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure safety and performance.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Drive sustainability initiatives by monitoring energy and environmental metrics.
• Maintain documentation like maintenance records and compliance certificates.
