Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead Operating Engineer to oversee the operations and maintenance of MEP systems at a commercial property. The role may involve supervising maintenance staff and coordinating with contractors to ensure reliability and uptime.

The candidate should have 5+ years of trade experience, hold appropriate trade licenses, and possess EPA 608 certification. Strong communication and safety compliance are essential at all times.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• License/permit for trade (Journeyman/Master Electrician, etc.) may be required.
• EPA Universal 608 refrigerant certification required for service/repair.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff when applicable.
• Perform preventive maintenance: filters, lamps, bearings, belts, etc.
