Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain property facilities, equipment, and grounds. The role covers diagnosing faults, completing work orders, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met across buildings and common areas.

Responsibilities include preparing vacant units, coordinating vendors, and documenting maintenance activities. Applicants should hold EPA refrigerant certifications, state/local licenses, and a valid driver's license for vehicle use on-site.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling is required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required must be held.
• A valid drivers license to operate a golf cart on property may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete work orders per policy and safety standards.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Access and track materials from the maintenance department and notify re-ordering needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for tracking and record keeping.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning, painting, and minor upkeep as needed.
• Contribute to cost control by fixing parts when possible and using tools properly.
