Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities. The role involves responding to resident requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for leasing through thorough inspections and punch lists.

The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Onsite work with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property may be required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety and code requirements.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, vendor coordination, and supplies.
• Follows procedures to access materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervision when re-ordering is needed.
• Prepares documentation and paperwork to track service requests.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when appropriate.
