Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership and staff development experience.
• Experience in commercial property management operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers and maintenance staff including hiring, training, personnel development.
• Ensure performance management, coaching, and development of team members through HR processes.
• Coordinate annual safety program and ensure 100% site compliance.
• Manage building operating budgets and variance reporting.
• Oversee building systems (fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, electrical).
• Maintain communications with tenants, clients, and vendors.
