Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 10+ years of engineering management experience in commercial properties.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and building controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of engineering staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Oversee properties totaling 500k+ square feet.
• Coordinate and review energy audits, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures and life safety programs.
• Assist in capital budgeting, R&M estimates, and energy consumption analysis.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and building tenants during projects.
