Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of job-related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to solve complex problems with standard and innovative solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of building operations and safety standards.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Lead operations, assign work orders, and train coworkers and subcontractors.
• Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for compliance and performance.
• Oversee and inspect engineering staff work to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate resources as needed.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop better methods and achieve goals.
• Coach others to develop expertise across the function.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively to influence stakeholders.
• Contribute to new products, processes, and operational plans.
