Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5–8 years of experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and math skills; ability to perform budgeting and cost analyses
• Ability to solve problems using standard and innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• Track training and development; conduct evaluations and coach staff
• Coordinate daily activities; set work schedules and cross-train team
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures
• Maintain budgets for facilities maintenance and respond to emergencies
• Provide clear information and materials for assignments to ensure high-quality work
• Lead by example and mentor others to develop cross-functional knowledge
