You will review documents, identify risks, and develop repair strategies while communicating complex concepts in reports and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or related field.
• PE/RA license or other relevant licensure is required.
• 8+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting, building science, rehabilitation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of roofing, waterproofing, facades, fenestration, air/vapor barriers, and exterior wall assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Lead building enclosure investigations, condition assessments, and performance evaluations for various building types.
• Review construction documents, testing data, and records to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Prepare technical reports documenting conditions, findings, repair strategies, and next steps.
• Support commissioning, testing, and quality assurance programs.
