Job summary
Lerch Bates seeks a Building Enclosure Consultant in Golden, CO to support assessment, investigation, rehabilitation, and restoration of building enclosure systems. You will evaluate roofing, waterproofing, facades, and exterior walls, identify deterioration, and develop practical repair solutions to improve long-term performance and resilience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 5+ years of building enclosure or related consulting experience.
- Experience with roofing, waterproofing, facades, fenestration, walls.
- Strong technical writing and reporting experience.
- Experience conducting condition assessments and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Investigate building enclosure issues and assess conditions.
- Develop restoration and repair strategies for enclosures.
- Coordinate repair drawings, specs, and deliverables.
- Conduct site visits, QA reviews, and field problem solving.
- Mentor junior staff and build client relationships.
