Job summary

Lerch Bates is seeking a Building Enclosure Consultant in Baltimore, MD to support assessment, investigation, rehabilitation, and modernization of existing building enclosure systems.

You will evaluate roofing, waterproofing, facades, and exterior walls; identify deterioration and water intrusion; and develop restoration solutions while leading projects from investigation through construction administration. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a PE license are required.
• 5+ years in building enclosure consulting or related fields is expected.
• Experience with historic/landmark projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate roofing, waterproofing, exterior walls, and enclosure components.
• Prepare condition assessment reports and rehabilitation priorities.
• Develop restoration and repair strategies for enclosure systems.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and contractors throughout projects.
• Manage projects from investigation through construction administration.
