Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Manager in Nashville, TN. Hybrid work arrangement with a focus on leading complex enclosure projects from planning through closeout, managing budgets and schedules, and guiding field efforts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 15 years of project experience; PE or RA is preferred. The candidate will mentor teams and maintain QA/QC while delivering high‑quality reports and repair designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field required.
• Fifteen years related project experience expected.
• Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enclosure projects from capture through closeout and serve as primary client contact.
• Manage financials and project schedules while directing field work and testing.
• Mentor junior project managers and uphold QA/QC standards.
• Develop strategic plans and act as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
