BECI in Nashville, TN seeks a Project Manager or Project Engineer to join our building envelope consulting team. You will go onsite to construction sites, troubleshoot envelope issues, and produce reports to support investigations and recommendations.

We offer a salary-based role with quarterly bonuses, relocation assistance, vehicle allowance or travel reimbursement, and comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or related field.
• IIBEC credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC) are valuable but not required.
• EIT certificate is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
• Going onsite to construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
• Producing reports based on investigations.
• Assisting with the preparation of construction specifications.
• Providing technical support to staff as required.
• Attending trade shows, seminars and educational programs to stay current with industry trends.
