Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. is seeking a Building Enclosure Project Manager I in Nashville.

You will own delivery for low- to medium-complexity projects, planning scope and schedule, coordinating multi-disciplinary efforts, and communicating with clients to ensure quality, safety, and total project success from kickoff through closeout. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Architecture, five years of project experience, and strong communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Five years related project experience.
• Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for low- to medium-complexity projects—planning scope and schedule, coordinating multi‑disciplinary efforts, managing financials, and communicating with clients.
• Perform condition surveys and failure investigations related to air and moisture leakage; develop repair designs.
• Plan, coordinate, and/or perform enclosure testing; document methods, results, and recommended actions.
• Own project financials: budgeting, monitoring, invoicing, tracking AR and initiating corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain schedules; coordinate disciplines and contractors during design and construction.
• Mentor less‑experienced colleagues by sharing best practices and giving feedback.
