Intertek in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a Building Enclosure Project Manager to join our Building Science Solutions team. This hybrid-flexible role requires in-office presence 3 days per week and up to 50% travel, offering a path to grow a versatile career in the building enclosure testing industry.

You will manage projects, support senior staff, build client relationships and pursue new work, with responsibilities spanning design reviews, field testing, reports, and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or architectural engineering.
• 3+ years in building enclosure consulting or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 70% outside the local area.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design consulting and peer reviews of plans and specs for building enclosures.
• Review architectural/shop drawings and submittals related to enclosures.
• Assist with field performance testing and water leakage testing of roofing, walls and glazing.
• Support construction administration, mock‑ups, shop drawing reviews, factory inspections and site visits.
• Assist with forensic investigations and documentation of existing conditions.
• Prepare technically written reports and sketches using Bluebeam or hand methods.
