Job summary

ECS is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Associate to join our Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team in Memphis, TN. You will manage building enclosure consulting projects, lead investigations, testing, and design reviews, and mentor junior staff while interfacing with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Applicants should have 5+ years in building enclosure consulting, strong project management and communication skills, and a Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of building enclosure consulting, including field investigations, testing, BECx, design review or forensic work.
• Licensure or certification in PE, RA or IIBEC certs preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead building enclosure investigations, testing, commissioning, and design reviews.
• Manage multiple projects from setup to completion with schedule, scope, and budget oversight.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise field personnel during inspections and testing.
• Interface with clients, present findings, and support business development.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project staffing.
