Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Manager to lead complex enclosure projects from capture to closeout. You’ll act as the primary client contact, manage financials and schedules, and direct field work and testing, delivering high-quality reports and repair designs.

You will mentor PM I/II colleagues, uphold QA/QC, and serve as a trusted technical advisor while coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Fifteen years related project experience.
• Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enclosure projects from capture through closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage financials and schedules.
• Mentor PM I/II colleagues and uphold QA/QC.
