Job summary

You will act as a customer consultant, develop go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with operations and finance to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in building automation or related sectors.
• Verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen to estimate and sell technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new order and profit goals for service projects and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities and forecast orders.
• Understand marketplace trends and competitive offerings to drive growth.
• Attend industry events and build a network in the Northeast region.
• Spend at least 50% of time in customer-facing activities on site.
