Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Automation Sr. Field Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls for Honeywell customers in Acton, MA.

You will diagnose complex issues and perform preventive maintenance to ensure safety, energy efficiency, and reliability. You will work with customers, operations teams, and service leadership, delivering world-class service while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years diagnosing and servicing Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls.
• 3+ years of BAS, HVAC controls, troubleshooting controls, DDC, and field service operations.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office; valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize BAS and HVAC controls.
• Configure BAS networks and support system upgrades.
• Build trusted customer relationships and report findings; provide training.
• Follow safety codes and maintain documentation for compliance.
• Assist in emergency response and asset management.
