Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Lead Field Service HVAC Controls Technician at Acton, MA on a hybrid schedule. You will lead onsite installations, commissioning, and service of BAS and HVAC control systems, guiding technicians and coordinating with project teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You'll leverage deep knowledge of DDC controllers, networked devices, and open protocols to diagnose complex issues, perform startups, and document as-built drawings while upholding Honeywell safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC controls and building automation systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with programming, configuring, commissioning, and modifying HVAC control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership abilities in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite installation, commissioning, and service of Honeywell BAS and HVAC systems.
• Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentorship to technicians and subcontractors.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex HVAC control issues across DDC platforms.
