Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Lead Field Service HVAC Controls/BAS Technician to provide advanced technical support for HVAC control systems at the Acton, MA site on a Hybrid schedule. You will lead installations, commissioning, and diagnostics while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC controls/BAS, proficiency with DDC systems, and experience programming Honeywell platforms. Strong customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in HVAC controls and BAS with strong technical knowledge.
Proficient in programming, configuring, commissioning, and modifying HVAC systems.
Experience leading field installations and mentoring technicians.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite installation, commissioning, and service of Honeywell BAS and HVAC systems.
Serve as technical lead, directing technicians and coordinating with customers.
Troubleshoot complex HVAC control issues and perform startups and testing.
Coordinate with project teams to maintain schedules and document results.
