Job summary

AEI Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Greater Atlanta area. The role focuses on performing Property Condition Assessments of existing commercial properties, monitoring construction, and supporting energy and ADA audits.

You will work across multifamily, office, hospitality, retail, and more, applying your architectural/engineering background and strong documentation skills. Ideal candidates have 8–12+ years of PCA experience, proficiency in technical writing, and the ability

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction required.
• Registered Architect (R.A.) or Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs forensic assessments of major building systems and distressed conditions.
• Takes photos of site and building system conditions.
• Writes clear PCA reports using in-house templates.
• Travels to project sites as needed and coordinates with clients.
• Mentors junior Project Managers and may lead complex site visits.
• Reviews schedules, costs, and payment requisitions for assigned projects.
