Job summary

AEI Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead building assessment and capital planning initiatives across diverse property types. You will oversee PCA execution, assess long-term capital needs, and guide clients through data-driven investment decisions.

The role requires strong technical writing, field photography, and cost estimating ability. Travel to meet project demands is expected as part of AEI's expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PCA experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and proactive.
• Advanced writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform forensic assessment of major building systems.
• Take photos of site and building conditions.
• Inventory in the field building systems and components.
• Write clear condition and status reports using templates.
• Review construction schedules and payment requisitions.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with senior authors.
• Deliver outstanding client service with timely responses.
