• 8 to 12+ years of experience performing forensic assessments of major building systems and conditions.
• Knowledge of entitlement/permitting process and construction delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Makes forensic assessments of major building systems and distressed conditions.
• Takes photos of site and building system conditions.
• Manages multiple projects and mentors junior staff.
• Writes clear and concise condition and status reports.
