Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting, auditing and forecasting knowledge for public/private sectors.
• Prepare financial forecasts for SHA funds and departments.
• Perform complex accounting and budget analyses with independent judgment.
• Analyze multi-million dollar budget requests and policy impacts.
• Write clear reports for non-financial personnel.
• Identify policy and program financial issues.
• Explain budget variances to department directors.
