The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to lead investigations and support the design and delivery of HR programs. You will advise departments on complex HR matters, develop training, and coordinate special projects to strengthen workplace relations across the agency.

With a focus on compliance, policy development, and performance management, this role may serve as acting Labor Relations Manager when needed, contributing to fair processes and trusted relationships with

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Behavioral Science with HR coursework or equivalent experience.
• Six years of progressive experience as an HR Analyst or Business Partner.
• Direct experience including Labor Relations & Negotiation, Employee relations and investigations, and Performance Management.
• Experience in HR strategy, program development, and policy/procedure development.
• Working knowledge of Classification/Compensation, Benefits & Leave, Training.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and implementation of HR programs and ensure compliance.
• Support employee relations and investigations; advise departments on complex HR matters.
• Participate in labor relations activities and contract interpretation.
• Design and deliver HR-related training for staff and management.
• Contribute to policy development, special projects, and internal communications.
• Monitor legal compliance and provide related staff training.
• Maintain detailed records and generate HR metrics reports.
• Use HRIS and Microsoft Office tools to manage data and systems.
