Job summary

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) invites applications for an Assistant Property Manager in Seattle, WA. This role supports the administration and implementation of SHA housing policies and programs, with a focus on community well-being and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some college coursework or related experience; two years in public service or housing programs; and a valid Washington driver’s license. SHA offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

  • Valid Washington state driver’s license with an insurable driving record

We are seeking to fill a Assistant Property Manager position. We are looking for someone to administer and implement policies for SHA.
