Job summary

HubSpot seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Partner Systems & Automation. You will own complex automation across the Solutions Partner program, building integrations and data pipelines using Workato and HubSpot CRM, while prototyping AI-assisted workflows.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics to translate business problems into technical solutions, and ensure governance, testing, and safe deployments. A strong ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience building and shipping production systems in a technical ops role.
• Technical fluency across the systems stack: SQL, REST APIs, Python, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools (Workato, Zapier, Boomi) for multi-step automations.
• Engineering hygiene for production systems: version control, incremental rollouts, basic testing.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional automation and systems work across HubSpot's Solutions Partner program.
• Identify inefficiencies and root causes in partner workflows; design and ship solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations and data pipelines using Workato and HubSpot CRM.
• Prototype AI-assisted workflows and automation agents from idea to implemented solution.
• Scope work rigorously: define problem, quantify impact, prototype before full build.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Partner Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics.
• Communicate clearly with non-technical audiences and engineers.
• Take ownership: define outcomes, verify post-ship results, sustain systems.
