Qualifications

• 3+ years administering HubSpot with workflows and custom objects
• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot core features including Marketing Hub, workflows, sequences, custom objects, and reporting tools
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and technical documentation
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Project management experience, particularly with technical implementations
• Knowledge of marketing and sales operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HubSpot automation workflows, emails, and forms
• Design solutions using HubSpot features like workflows, lists, custom objects
• Audit workflows, lists, data, and properties for performance
• Maintain data quality across multiple systems
• Develop data governance standards for contacts, custom objects, and workflows
• Integrate HubSpot with other systems (CRM, marketing tools)
• Create custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs
• Lead HubSpot projects from requirements to implementation
• Coordinate with business, IT, marketing and sales teams on system changes
• Provide operational and technical support for daily issues
