Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience building advanced, scalable automations in HubSpot (Professional or Enterprise tiers).
• Proficient in JavaScript and Python within HubSpot custom-coded actions and serverless functions.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and middleware via REST APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Working knowledge of React, HTML, and HubL is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Proven ability to deliver reliable, scalable technical solutions aligned with client goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize HubSpot automations using workflows, custom-coded actions, APIs, serverless functions, and CRM cards.
• Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems via REST APIs, middleware, or custom scripts.
• Develop internal HubSpot apps, CRM cards, and extensions to enhance client portals and user experience.
• Automate data clean-up, property resets, normalization logic, and cross-platform data syncs.
• Support subscription logic, deal automation, lifecycle updates, and complex CRM schemas and object relationships.
