Patch My PC seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead design, optimization, and scale of our business systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and operational processes. You will bridge business stakeholders with technical teams to translate strategy into scalable solutions across our GTM ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to identify opportunities, shape practical designs, and lead system initiatives from

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior business systems analyst.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot integrations.
• Translate business needs into scalable system designs.
• Governance and continuous improvement experience in tech stacks.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data integrity and analytics experience.
• Experience leveraging AI in GTM contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities
