Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking. You will manage a portfolio of large, profitable business clients, focusing on deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities, while deepening relationships and leveraging referrals to grow primary bank share.

You will engage clients with tailored financial advice, coordinate with branch, wealth, and private banking partners, and uphold risk management standards to protect the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients’ issues and follow through with commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with revenues >$5M and credit up to ~$15M.
• Deliver customized banking solutions and provide high-touch client experiences.
• Build relationships with owners, referrals, and centers of influence to grow primary banking relationships.
• Conduct in-person/virtual client calls, assess needs, and coordinate with treasury and product teams.
• Protect the firm by adhering to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
