You will acquire, manage, and retain 100-130 business clients with $1–$5 million in revenue, offering deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $1.5 million, in a role centered on relationship development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core products and services; understanding of how business needs vary by industry/market.
• Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internal and external partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risks and determine when to elevate or handle independently.
• Proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; manage credit opportunities up to $1.5 million.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Identify and promote solutions that serve the client and portfolio profitability.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their businesses; maintain relationship development plan.
• Identify new business clients and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial needs.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
