Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services; experience with commercial credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client issues, own problems, and follow through on commitments.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; ability to influence and interact with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with annual revenue >$5MM; provide business deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15MM.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs and circumstances.
• Identify and promote solutions using knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management; develop networks and prospects.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals, and centers of influence to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals and provide integrated personal banking solutions with partners across branches, Wealth Management, and Private Bank.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of new accounts and services; follow up to offer additional solutions and digital capabilities.
• Adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
