Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co in New York is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to deepen relationships with large, profitable clients. You will manage a portfolio of businesses with annual revenue around $5M+, focusing on deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $15M.

You will deliver a high-touch client experience, coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank teams, and ensure risk controls while driving cross-sell and referrals to grow

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products; knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with revenue >$5M; support deals up to ~$15M.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions based on client needs.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and coordinate with product specialists.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual meetings to nurture primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
• Maintain risk controls and adhere to regulatory requirements.
