Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business knowledge including understanding of credit, products and services with industry awareness.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with firm risk; know when to escalate or handle independently.
• Ability to balance priorities daily to meet business objectives and follow through.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million; provide banking solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with tailored business banking solutions.
• Identify and promote solutions that serve the client and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their businesses; follow a relationship development process.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Support assigned branches and uphold risk management and regulatory requirements.
