Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Florida seeks a Senior Business Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of large business clients with annual revenue over $3MM. You will deliver tailored financial advice, deposits, cash management, and credit solutions while maintaining a high-touch client experience and strong risk controls.

You will develop relationships, prospect new clients, and collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank partners to deepen primary banking relationships and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit/cash management products and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients' issues and own problems on clients' behalf.
• Strong tactical business development and negotiation skills; proactive and able to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels.
• Strong existing business network and ability to build one through involvement in appropriate community organizations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain, and deepen a portfolio of approximately 70 business clients with annual revenue >$3MM; provide banking solutions and manage credit opportunities up to ~$15MM.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by offering customized business banking solutions aligned to client needs.
• Grow the portfolio through prospecting, referrals, and collaboration across Branch, Wealth Management, Private Bank, Asset & Wealth Management, and other lines.
• Conduct in-person visits to develop the full financial relationship and increase primary bank share.
• Understand personal financial goals and collaborate with other teams to deliver appropriate personal financial solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and onboard digital capabilities; ensure end-to-end delivery of accounts and services.
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
